I am looking for a technical leader for the role of

Manager Resource Development

in Perth.


Starting in a newly created role, you will be given the opportunity to define the exact tasks and accountabilities and set your mark on this position according to business requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:
• providing leadership to a large team of geologists
• generation of resource evaluation plans in line with the strategic production plan
• management of large drilling programs

The successful applicant:
• tertiary qualification in Geology, Geophysics or similar
• minimum of 15 years experience in the Mining Industry, at least 5 years in a managerial position
• proven track record as Exploration Geologist
• sound knowledge of resource evaluation and resource/reserve conversion
• strong geological modelling skills
• extensive experience in staff and contractor management
